OVERTHINKING

 Overthinking doesn't sound so bad; surface-thinking is good, right??? When we overthink our judgments get cloudy and stress gets elevated; so here are some ways to free yourself from overthinking. 1 Awareness about your surrounding  Before you start to cope with your habit of overthinking you need to learn to be aware of what is happening. Any time you find yourself crowded with conflicting thoughts; step back and give a thought about the situation. 2 Distract yourself into happiness Sometimes it's helpful to distract yourself with positive and healthy alternatives like meditation, dancing, or just a smile that can distract you from an endless spiral of thoughts. Live in the moment this is a  key to learn how to stop overthinking. It's impossible to rehash yesterday or worry about tomorrow when you're living in the present.
